Product Manager

As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Product Manager who can turn customer problems into great product experiences and ship at startup speed.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for conversational‑intelligence features that boost conversion, upsell, and agent coaching
- Partner with design, engineering, and GTM
- Deep‑dive with customers and prospects to surface pain points, validate hypotheses, and gather feedback
- Translate market insights into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics
- Champion a data‑driven, outcome‑oriented culture across the entire company
Requirements
- 3+ years in SaaS product management (AI/ML, voice, or CX tech a plus)
- Strong discovery chops: you can run a customer interview
- Proven track record of shipping 0‑to‑1 or major v2 products that moved the needle
- Comfort with APIs, data flows, and technical trade‑offs
- Bias for action, crisp communication, and an owner’s mindset

Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle
- Onboard new customers
- Design, build, evolve and maintain product features
- Develop deep understanding of the domain, the product and business opportunities
- Write scalable, performant, testable and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews
- Stay up to date with latest developments in AI
Requirements
- Experience in Python, React, RDBMs, building distributed systems, data pipelines
- Experience with LLMs and other AI Models is a big plus
- Experience with Rust is a plus
- Experience with AWS, Azure
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with agile processes, continuous delivery, and continuous integration
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Exceptional integrity and work ethic
